This document constitutes a binding engineering contract between the platform user (driver, investor, technician, or engineer) and the platform administration. Your account grants conditional access to microgrid metrics and production line parameters.

2. Solar Calculators & Electromechanical Sizing

The output generation graphs of solar calculators and load configuration formulas conform to the following bounds:

• All calculated sizing arrays and schematics are technical estimates based on localized regional peak sun hours data models.
• The platform delivers baseline data for array planning; field implementation compliance (cables, fuses, isolation) remains the sole liability of the executing engineer.
• Solar PV deployment metrics for electric vehicle charging loops rely on nameplate capacity and standard inverter transformation losses.

3. Battery Systems (BMS) & Inverter Fault Isolation

Exhaustive diagnostics for Lithium BMS, Lead-Acid balancing, and VFD speed variables are subject to:

• Trouble fault codes and isolation diagnostics (e.g., INVT, Veichi, WEG) align precisely with official factory engineering manuals.
• Conditioning steps and cell recovery operations serve as an advisory index. Execution must be isolated to certified high-voltage technicians to prevent thermal runaway or arc flash hazards.

4. Prepaid Wallets & PlusEV Radar Charging Nodes

Cloud charging systems and prepaid digital payment processing routines operate under the following mandates:

• Deposited wallet funds are fully secured and designated for real-time per-kWh debit sequences across our verified partner stations grid.
• The automated core cloud architecture guarantees instantaneous value restoration back to your wallet ledger (↩️ Refund) during technical early terminations.
• Dynamic coupler allocation locks are rigidly capped at a 15-minute tolerance window; un-accessed ports auto-release immediately to maintain grid access equity.

5. Incident Helpdesk Helpdesk & Liability Disclaimers
